I meditate daily
When I wake up I start my day with meditating for an hour to start off. Usually I do a combination of mantra repetition with observing every thought/sensation that comes to mind (Kind of like mindfulness meditation, I actually took it from a psychotherapeutic pracitce of observing your emotion, kind off welcoming everytihng that arises. Actually I try to live by this philosophy moment to moment- welcoming, accepting everything that arises. (Eckhart Tolle, Lester Levenson, Adyashanti and many others have written about it) Then I do qigong for about half an hour and during the day I do yoga in my free time.
